Alexander Wang
Tempest Knotted Sandal

Alexander Wang grounded his languid Spring 2011 silhouettes (a smart departure from the biker look we love) with assertive footwear. This khaki sandal finishes Alexander Wang's new all-white palette with ease—but plays nicely with his past collections as well; the iridescent platform picks up any color you pair it with. We suggest you style this sandal just as you would one of the designer's biker jackets—go juxtapositional with your styling, and pair with your sleekest ankle pants and girliest dresses to make the most impact.
  • Chaotically knotted suede tubules, including thong strap and two ankle-wrap straps—ideal for showing off with your favorite slim, cropped pants.
  • Iridescent inset on front platform mimics the sheen of an oil slick.
  • Shagreen-embossed leather heel counter with zip closure; no need to fuss with buckles.
  • 3" thick columnar heel with pivotal notch.
