  • Eight semi-boneless Texas quail filled with a savory, herbed bread stuffing, wrapped in hickory-smoked bacon.
  • Arrives fully cooked and frozen.
  • Thaw in refrigerator for 24-48 hours. Cover and warm in preheated 325-degree F. oven for 35-45 minutes; remove cover during last 5-10 minutes, allowing bacon to crisp. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  • Each weighs approximately 4-5 ounces. Serves 8; one quail per serving.
