Lalique
Paysage D'Hiver Vase

Details

Truly magnificent, this vase captures the spirit of Paris in winter. The name means "winter landscape," and the design evokes frosted tree leaves carved by hand into the crystal. To enhance the detail of the frieze, platinum enamel, a translucent liquid, is applied by hand with a very fine brush after the initial firing. The piece is then fired at 510 degrees centigrade overnight to reveal the platinum color.
  • Inspired by the Paysage D'Hiver pendant designed by Rene Lalique at the turn of the century.
  • Limited edition of 99 worldwide.
  • Hand wash.
  • Approximately 10.75"Dia. x 19"T.
  • Handcrafted in France
