Joseph Altuzarra stopped by our San Francisco store shortly before he took the year’s most prestigious fashion prize for an emerging designer, the CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund. Altuzarra, who launched his namesake collection in 2008 at only age 24, showcased his undeniable talent to West Coast fashion aficionados at an intimate sit-down brunch. Altuzarra presented his Fall collection, with its feminine take on Nineties grunge and then revealed a sleek sophisticated side with pieces from his inaugural Resort collection.

There is no easier way to crank up a holiday get-together than to serve a punch. Your guests think you went all out, because they’re having an interesting cocktail, when in fact you simply dumped everything into a bowl and voilá. However, the recipe below is for a party of one.

Christmas Margarita Punch:

1.5 oz Herradura Blanco Tequila

.5 oz Domaine De Canton Ginger Liqueur

1 oz Cranberry Juice

1 oz Lime Juice

Shake over ice, pour into a Bordeaux wine glass and garnish with a lime.  Cheers!
