1.5 Fluid oz. Grey Goose La Poire
1/2 Fluid oz. Monin Lemongrass Syrup
1/2 Fluid oz. Lemon Juice
2 Fluid oz. Ginger Ale
1 Rosemary Sprig
Add the first 3 ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. “Roll” the ingredients between the shaker and the wineglass 3 to 4 times, finish in the wineglass. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with a rosemary sprig. Cheers!

Honey Ginger Collins:
1.5 fluid oz. Belvedere Lemon Tea Vodka
3/4 fluid oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
1/2 fluid oz. Honey
1 fluid oz. Club soda
In a cocktail shaker add Belvedere Lemon Tea, Domaine de Canton, honey, water and lemon juice. Top with ice, cap and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with lemon. Cheers!

Blood Orange Agave Margarita:
1.5 fluid oz. Herradura Silver
1/2 fluid oz. Solerno Blood Orange Liquer
1 fluid oz. Agave Nectar
1 fluid oz. Lime Juice
1 fluid oz. Blood Orange Juice
Add the first 5 ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cap, shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel. Cheers!
1.5 fluid oz. Bottega Limoncino
.5 fluid oz. Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur
1 Lemon 1/2 Squeeze
2 Basil Leaves
2 fluid oz. Berlucchi Franciacorta
Add the first 4 ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, saving one leaf of basil. Cap, shake for 10 seconds and strain into a mixing glass. Top with the sparkling wine and “roll” between the shaker and the mixing glass 2 to 3 times. Pour into a champagne flute and garnish with a basil leaf. Cheers!

Add vodka, St. Germain, lemon juice and raspberries to a shaker filled with ice. Cap and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a pilsner filled with ice. Top with ginger ale, and garnish with a mint sprig. Cheers!

3 oz. Fizz 56 Brachetto Spumante
In a cocktail shaker combine apple juice, one torn basil leaf, lime juice squeezed from the lime quarter and ice. Cap, shake and strain into a champagne coupe. Top with Fizz 56 Brachetto Spumante. Garnish with a basil leaf. Cheers!

3 fluid oz. Red Wine
.5 fluid oz. Orange Juice
.5 fluid oz. Pineapple Juice
.5 fluid oz. Grenadine
2 fluid oz. Gingerale
1 Pineapple Slice
1 Orange Slice
Add red wine, juices and grenadine to a Bordeaux wine glass filled with ice. Stir and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a sliced pineapple and orange slice. Cheers!
Light Pink Lemonade:
1.5 oz. Voli Lemon Vodka
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 oz. Club Soda
4 oz. Ice
1 Lemon Wedge
Add vodka, cranberry and lemon juices to a highball glass, fill with ice, stir and top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon wedge. Cheers!

6 Fresh Mint Leaves
.5 fluid oz. Lime Juice
5 oz. Ice
.75 fluid oz. Monin O’Free Syrup
3 Lime Slices
Add vodka, mint leaves, lime juice, ice and sugar free syrup to a shaker. Cap, shake for 10 seconds and pour into a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with lime slices. Cheers!
Grapefruit Cosmo Lite:
5 oz. ice
1 fluid oz. Monin O’Free Triple Sec
1.5 fluid oz. Voil Lemon Vodka
1 fluid oz. Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
1 Mint Sprig
Add ice, triple sec, vodka and grapefruit juice to the shaker. Cap, shake and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a mint sprig. Cheers!
