Modern Day Paloma
1.5 oz. El Jimador Silver Tequila
2 oz. Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
1/2 lime
Nicolas Feuillatte Brut Champagne
Pour the tequila into a champagne flute. Then pour the ruby red grapefruit juice and squeeze the lime into the glass. Top with Champagne and garnish with lime peel. Â Sprinkle lightly with Kosher salt. Cheers!
