Happy Hour: Red Wine Hurricane

This weekend, for foodies and football fans alike, NM restaurants have a special New Orleans-themed menu. It starts with a twist on the classic Big Easy cocktail, the Hurricane.

Red Wine Hurricane: 

3 fluid oz. Red Wine

.5 fluid oz. Orange Juice

.5 fluid oz. Pineapple Juice

.5 fluid oz. Grenadine

2 fluid oz. Gingerale

1 Pineapple Slice

1 Orange Slice

Ice

Add red wine, juices and grenadine to a Bordeaux wine glass filled with ice.  Stir and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a sliced pineapple and orange slice. Cheers!
