“Time is so valuable these days we want to take the legwork and the headache out, so that things can appear like magic,” says InCircle concierge Ann Hill. “If the customer is looking for a particular item we can track it down and give them all of the details of where to buy it. The customer can then either call and make the purchase or we can.”

When a Neiman Marcus customer called looking for a particular Victoria Beckham dress the fashion concierge team searched everywhere and ended up finding the sought-after dress half way across the globe.
“It was a dress where the customer was a very devoted fan of the brand and she had seen the dress, but it was a little late in the season and she desperately wanted it,” Hill says of a particular fashion concierge pursuit. “We ended up finding it in Dubai. It took a lot of calls and emails to one track it down and then to facilitate the purchase. We had the dress shipped straight to the Neiman Marcus store right where the client lives, where we then had it tailored. The client was thrilled, just thrilled.”
