Armani Beauty national artist Rhona Samuels recently visited Dallas NorthPark by way of Phoenix, en route to Miami. So naturally, summer-proof (heat-proof, sweat-proof) makeup was on her mind. One of the most exciting new products Rhona talked about was Armani’s Eyes To Kill Intense eyeshadow. She informally explained them as “powder-to-cream” eyeshadows. These shadows are gorgeous pots of loosely packed, slightly damp-feeling powder. Pick them up with fingertips or a brush, and they look like powder. But as you blend them on your skin, they perform almost like a perfectly smooth, shimmery cream. They’re a new species: a cream-powder hybrid.
Rhona demonstrated the versatility of Eyes To Kill Intense shadows on several customers. Pat them on sheer for a subtle, sophisticated, work-appropriate look, or amp them up for a more dramatic nighttime eye. The transition from day to night seemed impossibly easy.
