Or, indulge the senses with nature’s rich pharmacy. Begin with a foot soak and scrub followed by a sensuous massage with hot herbal compresses filled with lavender, oats and lemon balm to soothe, moisturize and scent the skin. Finally, enjoy rejuvenating milk and honey facial — a sumptuous, natural treat. Once treatments are complete, bask outside in a deck chair, while indulging your taste buds with British favorites (house-made lemon iced tea, and strawberries and cream) from the picnic menu.
