Delivery & Processing Charges (D&P)
D&P is the charge for catalog and internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Special delivery requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift box, gift wrap and monogramming. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. D&P is subject to change and will be determined at time of order and subject to the following:

Standard Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST).

Two-Day Delivery
If requested, add $10.00 to standard D&P. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.

Overnight Delivery
If requested, add $17.00 to standard D&P. Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note overnight orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam Deliveries
Add $5.00 to the applicable D&P charges. Your order should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST).

Furniture Delivery
Most large pieces (determined by dimensions and weight), as well as certain items that require extensive assembly or setup, are delivered using our White Glove service. To find out if an item qualifies for this service, please call 1.888.888.4757.

  • What is White Glove service? The carrier brings the item into the room or area you specify (including up or down stairs), uncrates it, assembles it (if necessary), positions it, and removes all shipping materials.
  • Is there a charge for White Glove service? The White Glove charge is included in the cost of additional shipping, specified with the item price on the website product page.
  • How is White Glove delivery scheduled? Our designated carrier for your area will contact you by telephone several days in advance to schedule a specific day and an estimated delivery time. White Glove delivery is not available on weekends or national holidays.
  • What is the process for returns? If the furniture arrives damaged, or is damaged in the delivery/setup process, the carrier will re-crate and return it to Neiman Marcus, at no charge to you. If it is returned for another reason, a pickup fee may apply.
International Deliveries
(Catalog) A base delivery charge will be quoted at the time of order placement that could be amended at a later date for additional charges in the foreign country. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

(Online) At this time, we are only able to allow online orders for Canadian addresses. It is not possible to specify any other international destination or U.S. territory when placing an order online. However, you may have your NeimanMarcus.com purchase shipped to an international address by calling 1.972.556.6011.

Additional Address
Please add $8.00 to the applicable D&P charges for each additional delivery address.
  • Items ordered together may be delivered separately, and the D&P will be allocated over shipments but not necessarily evenly. Some orders may require more than one package to ship; for these shipments the additional charge for two-day and overnight deliveries would be a per package charge.
  • Returns may affect final D&P charges. D&P charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective. Returns for reasons due to Neiman Marcus will receive D&P credit as D&P was allocated, which may result in a final D&P charge after return that differs from quoted rates.
  • Orders of multiple items from different catalogs will result in D&P from the table in the most current catalog, as D&P tables may vary from catalog to catalog.
  • D&P may vary between catalog orders and internet orders.
  • Certain items requiring special delivery have D&P charges indicated in parentheses after the price. For those items only, the amount in parentheses is the total delivery charge for that item.
  • Certain consumer commodities are considered hazardous materials, such as aerosols, nail polish, fragrances and other alcohol based products. Our policy is to ship these items as standard D&P to U.S. locations and to prohibit the shipping to international locations, including APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico and Guam.
  • If you request to change the destination address of a shipment in route, an additional charge may be assessed.
The following processing and delivery costs are for merchandise pictured and described on our web site; they do not apply to Catalog Quick Order purchases. For Catalog Quick Order purchases, refer to the delivery and processing chart in the catalog. Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. Delivery to Post Office Boxes
Second-day and next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

Perishable Goods
Certain gourmet foods are shipped via air within the contiguous U.S. only. These items cannot be delivered to PO boxes and cannot be gift wrapped. Delivery of perishables is available Tuesday through Friday only; no Saturday, Sunday, Monday or holiday deliveries.

Drop Ship Items
Drop ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. Second-day and next-day shipping are not available on these items. Additional time should be allowed for processing the order, and heavy items may take up to four to six weeks for delivery. Returns & Exchanges

Canada Information

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

Gifts
When a gift is returned, a Neiman Marcus Group Merchandise Credit Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for purchases from Neiman Marcus, Horchow, and Bergdorf Goodman stores, catalog, and online.

By Mail
On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information.

If you use a SmartLabel, a fee will be deducted from your refund. If you prefer not to use the SmartLabel, please ship the item prepaid and insured to Sales Division, 123 Customer Way, Irving, TX 75039. For a replacement shipping label, please call 1-800-825-8000.

Other Items
All fragrance and cosmetics returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued. For cosmetic color consultation, we recommend contacting your nearest Neiman Marcus store and asking to speak with a cosmetic specialist who will be happy to assist with selections matching your skin tone and type. Once placed, orders for personalized items cannot be canceled, and personalized items cannot be returned. We ask that you take special care when specifying initials or names, and if requested, the style and color of the personalization. Perishable foods are not returnable. Please call us at 1-888-888-4757 for questions about your perishable items. All precious jewelry and Cartier watches must be returned within 60 days from the date of receipt and must included all original documentation. Return/exchange policies for specific items that do not apply to the above policy such as jewelry, fine art, etc., will be noted on the packing slip on that item.

Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return.

In Store
Although any Neiman Marcus online or catalog purchase may be returned to a full-line Neiman Marcus store, credit for the return will not be issued in the store. Instead, you will receive a return acknowledgement slip, and credit will be issued once the return has been processed at the originating warehouse. Please allow 10-14 days for the processing of your return. Merchandise submitted for return must be accompanied by the original packing slip in order for the Neiman Marcus store to accept it. Online and catalog merchandise cannot be exchanged for merchandise in a Neiman Marcus store.

Store Purchases
Any merchandise purchased at a Neiman Marcus store should be returned to a Neiman Marcus store.

Price adjustments

Prices are subject to change. Excluding LAST CALL ONLINE CLEARANCE merchandise, we offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment. We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing on Neimanmarcus.com, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.

  • If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
  • If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Order cancellation

Please order personalized and monogrammed items carefully; personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be canceled, and personalized and monogrammed items are not returnable.

You may cancel any Neiman Marcus order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. A restocking fee may apply to large and heavy items cancelled after 30 days from the original order date.

REGISTERED CUSTOMERS: You may cancel your web order online. Click on YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT, sign in, select "View Web Order History", click on the desired order number, and then select CANCEL next to the item(s) you wish to cancel.

  2. Purchase Neiman Marcus Gift Cards® (in the form of a plastic credit-card style or NM Virtual Gift Card e-mail). NM Gift Cards® may be redeemed online, at NM by Mail (phone order), or at your local Neiman Marcus store.
  3. Check the value of an NM Gift Card®.
PAYING FOR AN ONLINE ORDER WITH AN NM GIFT CARD® OR AN NM VIRTUAL GIFT CARD
  • To pay for an online order with an NM Gift Card® or an NM Virtual Gift Card, you will need the gift card number, plus, for security purposes, the four-digit code that appears on the back of the traditional card or on the NM Virtual Gift Card.
  • If you are paying with multiple gift cards, you cannot choose the amount to be deducted from each gift card. The balance due is deducted from the gift card with the least value first and then from the remaining gift cards in ascending order.
  • The remaining balance of your order, if any, will need to be charged to a credit card which can be entered on the payment screen.
