JilRo was created by Aly Jill Scott and Roberta (Ro) Csyne when they noticed the fashion industry was lacking a stylish luxury clothing collection for women of all sizes, 0-24, that made them feel beautiful. Both fashion-industry veterans, Cysne has worked for Diesel and Liz Clairbone, and Scott founded StyleChic, a global VIP shopping/styling experience. Through JilRo, these two women bridge the gap between traditional size charts and all body types by using the curvy woman as a guide for the collection's design.
