KAPLAN MD Skincare introduces the Hydrating Milk Cleanser, a gentle, sulfate-free lotion cleanser that removes makeup and impurities from the skin while replenishing moisture. Softens and balances skin tone, while hydrating the skin with no greasy residue.

To use:
  • Apply a nickel size amount onto damp skin and gently work into the skin using upward circular motions.
  • Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
  • Immediately follow with either Hydrating Toner or Clarifying Toner and Cellular Rejuvenating Concentrate to seal in moisture.
The Hydrating Milk Cleanser comes in a beautiful 3.3 oz /100mL glass bottle.
