This nail primer for natural and artificial nails produces a matte finish, thereby creating the perfect surface for enamel adhesion.

This base/top coat allows polish to remain on the nails four to seven days longer than an ordinary base coat and prevents shipping and tip wear.

This fast drying base/top coat dries up to four coats of enamel to a high, glossy shine in less than three minutes.

The product is toluene and formaldehyde free and contains an UV inhibitor, which prevents yellowing.

Application (Base Coat):
Apply one coat to bare, clean nails. Allow to dry. Apply shaded polish as desired.
