About Chie Mihara:
Japanese shoe designer Chie Mihara was born in Brazil, studied fashion at the Kyushu Design Gakkuin in Fukuoka and at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, and moved to Spain, where she introduced her namesake collection in 2002. While in New York, she also found time to study orthotics. She draws on her full range of global experiences for her Chie Mihara collection, which features shoes that are as fashionable as they are comfortable.
