Goat cheese is rolled in lemon rind, sun-dried tomatoes, and pistachios and placed on the end of a stick to make lollipops for your guests. Apple slices make a great complement, but are not included. To serve, defrost at room temperature for 40 minutes. May remain frozen for up to six months; once thawed use within four weeks. Arrive packed in dry ice. Made in the USA.
