A celebration of the ancient metalworking technique of forging utilized for generations by master craftsmen taught only through diligent apprenticeship, these definitively masculine bookends feature intricate patterns achieved by slowly heating sheets of metal and hand hammering them with different levels of pressure. The results—unexpected surfaces with a gently gothic and brooding feeling.
  • From Michael Aram.
  • Handmade of black granite, stainless steel, and black nickel-plated metal.
  • Sold individually; each, approximately 5"W x 4.75"T.
