  • Return Policy

    At Neiman Marcus, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for a full refund or exchange.

    • Returns are accepted within 60 days of receipt.
    • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
    • Altered apparel, special orders, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.
    • We are happy to honor requests for adjustment if your merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 10 days of purchase.
    • Neiman Marcus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

    Holiday Returns: Purchases made from 10/12/2017 through 12/25/2017 can be returned through 1/31/2018, or 60 days from the date of purchase, whichever is later. All other terms and conditions of our Return Policy remain in effect.

    Returning By Mail

    Enclose the Return section of the packing slip with your item(s), noting the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit or refund (based on your form of payment).

    Merchandise shipped with a SmartLabel may be returned FREE if we receive it within 15 days of the delivery date. For a replacement SmartLabel, please call 1.888.888.4757.

    If you choose not to use the SmartLabel, please ship your return prepaid and insured to: Sales Division, 123 Customer Way, Irving, TX 75039.

    Neiman Marcus store purchases may be returned by mail to the store in which it was purchased. Please ship your return prepaid and insured and include a copy of the receipt so that your credit can be easily processed.

    Gift Returns By Mail

    To return a gift by mail, simply fill out the return section, note the reason for return, and check the Gift Recipient box. A Neiman Marcus Group Merchandise Credit Gift Card will be issued to the recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for store, online, and catalog purchases from Neiman Marcus, Horchow, Last Call and Bergdorf Goodman. In compliance with Federal law, for gifts valued at more than $2,000.00, the recipient will receive a check instead of a gift card.

    Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing your return.

    Returning In Store

    Eligible items may be returned to a Neiman Marcus store for credit within 60 days of the delivery date. Just bring the merchandise and your packing slip or receipt to any store sales associate. Bergdorf Goodman and Last Call cannot accept returns of items purchased from Neiman Marcus.

    Gift Returns In Store

    To return a gift in store, just bring the merchandise and your packing slip or receipt to any store sales associate. A Neiman Marcus Group Merchandise Credit Gift Card will be issued to the recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise.     Other Items

    Due to air transportation restrictions and regulations, certain items considered hazardous materials are restricted to ground-only transport. These include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray containers, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.).

    Return/exchange policies for specific items not covered by the above policy -- such as jewelry, fine art, etc. -- will be noted on the packing slip of that item.

    Neiman Marcus is pleased to offer Return for Early Credit for eligible purchases. Credit will be initiated to your banking institution when the U.S. post office scans your Neiman Marcus return shipping label on your package. Your purchase may not qualify for the Return for Early Credit program and if so, please follow the Returns & Exchanges process above.

    Merchandise shipped with a SmartLabel qualifies for a FREE return if received within 15 days of delivery. If returned more than 15 days after delivery, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

    Exchanges are excluded. For Exchanges, please follow the Returns & Exchanges process above.

    To submit online merchandise for an Early Credit request, follow these steps:

    1. If you are a registered customer, log in to your account and select the order number from your Order History.
      Non-registered customers (Guest) must have the order number (located on the packing slip) and the email address or phone number of the original purchaser. If you do not have this information, please follow the Returns & Exchanges process above.
    2. Choose from the eligible item(s) you wish to return and follow the online process/steps to submit your request.
    3. Affix the provided SmartLabel associated with the merchandise to the outside of your package and enclose the return section of the packing slip with the returned item(s).
    4. Drop your package off at a U.S. post office.

    Credit will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary between payment providers. You will receive an email advising the credit process with your banking institution has been initiated.

    Can't find your label? You can print a new label when you log in to your account and select item(s) for Return for Early Credit.

    If you return a gift using the Return for Early Credit process, the credit will be issued to the original purchaser. If you do not want the credit to be issued to the original purchaser, please follow the Returns & Exchanges process above.
