Whether you’re looking for a wardrobe refresh, new ways to wear your basics, or gift ideas, our style advisors are ready to assist. If you already know what you want, send your shopping bag to your style advisor for help with styling tips and checkout. If you don’t have a style advisor yet, fill out our Q&A, and we’ll pair you with someone uniquely suited to your needs.
Click & Collect
Get your items faster with free in-store or curbside pickup. Simply place your order online or through a style advisor, and we’ll let you know when it’s ready. Then, you can pick it up however works best for you—in our stores (if you want to browse a bit) or at curbside, where you’ll be on your way again in no time. We accept returns at curbside pickup, too, as long as you have a receipt.

Our restaurants are open for in-person dining and/or to-go orders, and we are offering catering in some locations, all as CDC protocols allow.
I’d like to try some beauty products before I buy them. Can I do that?
Yes. When you visit us in our stores, we’ll be happy to help you with beauty product sampling and makeup application. If you’d like to have samples to try at home, contact your style advisor or request samples during your visit.
Do you offer alterations?
Yes! When you visit us in our stores, our in-store experts will see to it that your purchases are tailored to fit perfectly. Contact your store or style advisor for more information or to make an appointment.
Do you offer spa and salon services? Are they available now?
Our premier salons are good for a quick refresh or for a whole day of beauty. Call for more information.
Will you still store, clean, and glaze my fur?
Of course! Call for an appointment, and we’ll work with you to make all the arrangements for curbside drop-off, or ask about free home pickup.
