You can change the frequency of your replenishment shipments, skip a shipment, change your ship-to address, and edit your billing information for upcoming Replenishment Service shipments. Products added to your Replenishment Service will appear on the Replenishment Service page following shipment of the initial order.
What Happens if An Item In My Replenishment Service Is No Longer Available? You will be notified via email that the product will no longer be available, and your shipments will stop once the stock is depleted. Our beauty product specialists will be happy to suggest replacement products if one of your Replenishment items is discontinued.
How Will I Know When To Expect A Replenishment Shipment? Upcoming shipments and their dates are listed on the Replenishment Service page in your Online Account section. You will also receive an email 5-7 days prior to a shipment to confirm the shipping date and price of the item(s) you will be receiving.
