Get your items faster with free in-store pickup.

Orders take a little while to prep, so be sure to wait for our email saying yours is ready for pickup before heading to the store.

STEP 1:

PLACE YOUR ORDER

• Click “Pickup” on eligible items’ product pages.

• Confirm location and item availability, then select “Add to Bag.”

• You’ll receive an order confirmation email letting you know we’re prepping your order. Then hang tight. Some items may ship from other stores and may be delayed.

• Next, we’ll send an email letting you know your order is ready for pickup. NOW it’s time to head to the store!

STEP 2:

PICK UP YOUR ORDER

• For your protection, only the person who places the order can pick up the order.

• Be prepared to show us your “ready to pick up” email OR a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport to pick up your order.

• If you’re picking up your order in the store, ask a sales associate for assistance when you arrive.

Orders not picked up within seven business days will be cancelled, and your original method of payment will be refunded.
