If you’re near a store, bring us the jewelry you want repaired or refurbished. Not near a store? You can contact our restoration center directly by email 24/7 or by calling us 8 AM-4 PM CT, Monday-Friday. We’ll discuss the details of your repair, determine if we can accommodate your request, help with the shipping, and, once the item is received at the restoration center, provide you with an order number that will let you track your request through the process.

HELP IS HERE
Once we’ve received your jewelry at our restoration center and evaluated them, your dedicated restoration specialist will contact you with details about the specific repairs your jewelry requires, how long the repairs will take, and what the final cost will be. Your dedicated restoration specialist will be available throughout the process to answer your questions and provide updates.
3.
GREAT FINISH
Once we’ve completed the repairs, we’ll return your jewelry to you. If you have any questions, your restoration specialist will be available with answers—or to help plan your next jewelry transformation.
