Since 2019, Neiman Marcus Group has been a proud partner of the Fashion Scholarship Fund, helping mentor and prepare the next generation of industry talent who are seeking careers in sustainable and ethical fashion. On April 3, 2023, the Fashion Scholarship Fund’s 86th annual awards gala brought together scholars, alumni, industry C-suite executives, designers, and influencers in New York City to celebrate the Class of 2023 FSF Scholarship recipients.

HONORING FASHION’S CURRENT LUMINARIES

Hosted by Karlie Kloss, the evening also honored two industry luminaries: Anna Wintour, Chief Content Officer, Condé Nast, and Global Editorial Director, Vogue, and Emma Grede, Co-Founder & CEO of Good American, Founding Partner of SKIMS, and Chairwoman of The Fifteen Percent Pledge. Wintour was celebrated for her longstanding commitment to supporting and fostering the next generation of fashion talent. Grede was honored for her advocacy of diversity and inclusive representation in the industry and her work with The Fifteen Percent Pledge.

The Fashion Scholarship Fund is the foremost fashion-oriented education and workforce development nonprofit in the U.S., working directly with the country’s most talented young students from diverse backgrounds.

Neiman Marcus Group partnered with the Fashion Scholarship Fund to award ten scholarships of $10,000—directly funded from our customers’ contributions—to undergraduate scholars at universities across the U.S. who demonstrated talent and commitment to advancing ethical and sustainable fashion in all sectors of the industry, including design, merchandising, marketing analytics, and business strategy.
