How much do your signature facials and beauty services cost?
Most of our services are complimentary, but some might incur a cost. Your aesthetician will confirm any charges prior to treatment.
How do I book an appointment?
You can use our online booking tool or contact your beauty ambassdor or the store directly.
Will I be able to choose the products and brands you’ll use for my facial?
Yes.
How much should I tip my aesthetician?
While we appreciate your generosity, Neiman Marcus associates do not accept gratuities.
Is there a minimum age requirement for the services?
A client must be at least 13 years old to receive the facials and salon services at Neiman Marcus. A parent or guardian must sign a wavier on behalf of a minor before any services are performed.
Is there a charge for canceling or missing an appointment?
There is no charge for canceling or missing an appointment. However, as a matter of courtesy, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you are running late or wish to cancel.
Is there a purchase requirement to receive the services?
No.
