How To Use:
- Using the black rounded fiber bristles on the inner curve of the brush, apply formula from the base of the lashes to the tip for optimal volume and curl.
- Turn the brush on its side and use the elastomer comb to lift and define lashes.
- Let first coat dry and apply additional coats for more dramatic lashes and luxurious curl.
