What It Does:Upon contact with water, the multitasking formula transforms into a silky emulsion that also works to help improve skin luminosity and moisture retention for a smooth, glowing complexion. It is further enriched with hydrating green tea leaf extract and a radiance-boosting blend of ginseng root and white birch extract.

How to Use:Dispense 2-3 pumps onto palms and massage gently over dry skin (may be used on eyes). Moisten fingertips with water and massage over skin to create a delicate emulsion. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
