Pairs with our Eye Liner Pencil Holder to define eyes with deep color. Pencil Holder is sold separately.
Includes a rubber blending tip for creating smokey, dimensional looks.
How to Use
- Take Eye Liner Pencil Cartridge to insert into the holder.
- Position the cartridge into the holder and push firmly until it clicks into place.
- To remove, pull the cartridge out of the holder.
- Start at the outer corner of the eye and draw small, light horizontal strokes onto the base of the upper lashes.
- Application technique varies according to the desired effect.
