How To Use 
• Apply to the face morning and evening after using softening lotion.
• Press pump twice into palm and smooth serum evenly over the entire face. 
• Follow with the Lifting V-Force exercise.

Lifting V-Force Exercise
Using the four fingers of both hands, gently stretch the surface of your skin slowly, each motion in time with your breath.
- Starting from the corners of the mouth, push upward to above the eyes, and past the temples. Hold the lifted position for five seconds and release. 
- Starting just below the cheeks, push upward past the temples. Hold the lifted position for five seconds and release.
- Starting from the chin, push upward past the temples along the facial outline. Hold the lifted position for five seconds and release. 
- Repeat the steps two to three times until the serum is fully absorbed into the skin.
