These are an absolute CMK favorite for antique pieces. Their design is so unique and functional. You simply fill this mould with ice cream of any flavors you desire, keep the brass foot screwed tight. Put the lid on and place it in the freezer. When you are ready to serve, just unscrew the brass foot and remove the lid, the suction will release the ice cream cake from the mould.
