• Avoid rubbing the handbag against rough or abrasive surfaces. Light scratches can be softened if gently massaged with a soft and dry cloth
• Avoid prolonged contact with dark clothing if the handbag is light in color and vice versa if the handbag is dark in color;
• Polish metal parts use only a soft, light-colored, and dry cloth without using any kind of cleaning or polishing product. Also, do not use products to preserve or revive the skin such as waxes, creams, or waterproofing agents. These substances may irreversibly alter color and finish. With time, the handbag might acquire a patina. This is associated with the natural origin of the materials used and it will give character to the object itself. Finally, store the handbag inside its dust bag when not in use and preferably in a vertical position. Ideally, fill the handbag with light-colored paper or fabric to maintain its shape.
