Usage:

• Place in fridge for extra cooling effect to help refine pores, soothe congestion, relieve headaches, refresh tired skin.
• Forehead: Move from center of forehead at hairline, rolling towards ear, down to temple. Repeat 4-7 times. Focus attention on fine lines/eyebrow furrow.
• Eyes: Use small end to tone lids/under-eye area. Move from inner corner of eye area to ear.
• Nose, Lips, Chin: Use large end to work from nose out to ear. Continue w/ upper lip & chin. Roll along lower jawline of chin to ear lobe. Repeat on other side.
