How to Use:
Use this versatile formula to precisely line, define, and fill or smudge, smoke, and blend.

• Lash Line: Apply Caviar Eyeliner Pencil along the upper lash line. Hold the pencil horizontally, keeping the long side of the tip flat against the lid. This makes it easy to see where the line is being placed. Apply in short strokes to keep the application close to the lashes. 
• Tight Line: Press softly on the eyelid and lift gently back into the eye crease. This will clearly reveal the bottom of the lash line. Apply Caviar Eyeliner Pencil in between lashes using a dot and wiggle motion. This creates the look of lush, thick lashes. 
• Water Line: Apply directly to the lower and/or upper waterline. For a softer look, line only the upperwater line. For a maximum definition, line both the upper and lower water lines.

Pro Tip:
For a more precise application, sharpen before use. If needed, use a flat eyeliner brush to diffuse the formula between lashes or drag out for a crisp winged line.
