How to Use:
Daily, morning & night. Using the enclosed spatula, apply the rich cream to your palm. Rub your hands together to warm the product. Gently massage into skin using upward circular movements.

For truly extraordinary and enhanced results, follow the below application sequence:

• OXYGENATE. Stimulate the toxin elimination process, the lymphatic & circulatory systems.
• LEGS: Place your hands around your ankles, apply light pressure & slide both hands in an upward direction. Once you’ve reached the upper thigh, hold for a few seconds & release.
• ABDOMEN: Place hands flat on the hips, apply light pressure, & move both hands in an upward motion towards the waist. Then, move your hands horizontally placing them just below the navel, & finish by moving your hands downward & releasing.
• ARMS: Place one hand around the wrist of your other hand. Apply light pressure & slide your hand over the entire arm. Once you’ve reached the armpit area, maintain pressure for a few seconds and release.
• ACTIVATE: Perform a kneading massage with your knuckles to potentiate the anti-aging benefits: firm, sculpt & improve skin elasticity.
• ABDOMEN: Gently knead across the abdomen, insisting on the problematic areas. 
• ARMS: Gently knead across the arms focusing on problematic areas such as the triceps.

Note: Do not exceed the pain threshold.

• ENHANCE: Use the pinching technique to achieve a toning effect, activates the collagen & elastin.  
• LEGS: Begin at the foot and move upwards towards the thigh.
• ABDOMEN: Begin at the right side of the abdomen & progressively move across to the left side. 
• ARMS: Begin at the wrist and work your way up to the shoulder.

Note: Perform pinching with both hands, alternately, insisting on the problematic areas.
