There is nothing finer than whipping your eggs! We based our design on the Famous French Omelette house, Madame Poulard's, which has been serving omelets for over 100 years to travelers on their pilgrimage to Mont Saint-Michel, France.
Big handles for a firm grip to whip up hundreds of eggs all day every day...

We recommend Wright's Copper Cream.
