What it is:
Soft yet bold, Phyto-Rouge Velvet coats lips in an intense matte color, as smooth and luminous as velvet, protecting them immediately and overtime.
What it does:
A luminous matte finish with physical protection. Phyto-Rouge Velvet offers a surprisingly comfortable and creamy texture that glides effortlessly over lips. Its thin matte film blurs fine lines, conceals imperfections and subtly reflects light for a flawless powdery finish. Lips are left feeling supple, soft and plump. Ranging from nude to bright red, all shades are highly pigmented and can be worn with confidence thanks to its 8 hour wear* and buildable coverage.
