How to Use:

• To turn ON, press and hold lit power button until tool vibrates and lights start to cascade up.
• To turn OFF, first unlock tool by quickly double tapping power button. Press and hold power button until iron vibrates and lights start to cascade down.
• Note: Power button remains on while tool is plugged in, but tool will not heat up until turned on.

HeatID Mode:

• Set your HeatID profile: Tap and toggle through each HeatID icon to input your HeatID profile. Icons will stop blinking upon first tap and become brighter to indicate each selection.
• Lock your HeatID profile: Double tap power button to lock profile. The iron will begin to heat up.
• Ready to use once iron beeps and lights stop blinking.

Manual Mode:
If you prefer to manually adjust your heat settings, enter Manual Mode.

• Tap top of temperature panel to increase heat or tap bottom of panel to decrease heat.
• If the screen is unlocked: tap power button once to enter Manual Mode.
• If the screen is locked: double tap power button to unlock screen, then tap one more time to enter Manual Mode.

Refresh Mode:

• To retouch previously styled hair, tap Refresh Mode button on unlocked screen. The lights on the screen will turn blue to indicate Refresh Mode.
• When lights turn solid, tool is ready to use.
• To exit Refresh Mode, unlock tool by double tapping power button, then tap Refresh Mode button.

How to Style:

• Start w/ dry, detangled hair. Section and twist top half of hair out of the way and secure w/ a sectioning clip.
• Gather bottom half of hair into another clip, leaving out a thin 1” section of hair.
• Slowly glide iron through section from roots to ends.
• Repeat on all sections until hair is fully styled.
• Styling Tip: To avoid kinks, style hair using thin, horizontal sections so iron can be positioned close to roots.

Precautions:

• Do not wrap the power cord around this tool as this may damage the electrical wiring.
• Consult the enclosed user guide prior to use.
• Select settings and use w/ caution. There are individual variations in how hair responds to heat, so in the first use, it is best to test at a low heat and for a short duration. If there are any adverse or unexpected effects, stop use of iron immediately.
