How To Use
- Apply all over your eyelid for a sheer wash of color. Lighter eyeshadow shades can be used to highlight the ball and inner corner of your eye, while darker shades can be applied to the crease of the eye to enhance dimension and depth.
- Can be used dry or wet with Finish Line Shadow Transformer.
