How To Use
For intensity and long wear of eyeshadows, place a small amount of Finish Line into the powder shadow product and blend to a thick paste using an eye brush. Test the texture on the back of your hand to ensure it has a dense consistency. For the look of a liquid liner, apply transformed shadow with an eye lining brush. To lock shadow into place, apply a small amount of product to a wide eye brush and sweep across your completed eye shadow look.
