Luxury fashion retailer Neiman Marcus partners with plant-based chef and wellness entrepreneur Matthew Kenney to announce the opening of Matthew Kenney NM, plant-based cuisine at Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills on November 18th, 2016.

The partnership with Neiman Marcus follows an already successful year for the California-based lifestyle brand, Matthew Kenney Cuisine. After opening several restaurants across the country, including Plant Food + Wine Miami and Double Zero in New York, Kenney was poised for a new project in his California home base. For Matthew Kenney NM he once again enlisted his Corporate Executive Chef Scott Winegard to craft a plant-based menu for the chic Beverly Hills spot, including some top selling dishes that guests have come to know and love at his other restaurants.

The two like-minded brands found similarities in their platforms throughout the partnership process: Neiman Marcus offers the finest fashion and highest quality products in a welcoming yet luxurious environment, similar to Kenney’s mantra of delivering healthful and delicious plant-based cuisine in beautifully designed spaces.

A fresh take on a traditional café style menu, guests will be treated to an array of offers from salads, wraps, sandwiches, bowls, pastries and a variety of smoothies and juices in addition to a select wine and beer list. Highlights from the menu include:
